December 22nd, 1943 – November 9th, 2005
.
Pastor Sandridge went home to be with the Lord from Old Jerusalem in Israel to New Jerusalem in Heaven.
The Man:
This is our tribute to our founder, Rev. Wade Sandridge. Pastor was a spirit-filled man who had a heart and love for people. He was a man of integrity and character. And, he left a legacy of love for all, especially for his God, his wife, and for his greatest joy, his children and grandchildren.
The Preacher:
Pastor Wade was called into ministry in his teenage years. He became the Overseer of the five Evangelical Bible Churches in Maryland and West Virginia. During his life, he operated as a five-fold minister in that he was an apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor and teacher. He preached the Word with fervency and passion for God. Because of Pastor Wade’s dedication and determination, many came to Christ. The fruit of Pastor’s dedication to serving God is that many whose lives he touched, expressed the same passion to reach the lost.
The Ministry:
From Baltimore, Maryland to Hacker’s Creek, West Virginia to Philippi, West Virginia to Thurmont, Maryland to the furthest reaches of the world, many who were saved under his guidance and ministry are now fulfilling the five-fold ministry. The last sermons he preached on earth were in Israel , one was at the Garden of Gethsemane and the another – his last – was at the Pool of Bethesda. At the end of his last message he looked up and with a smile and raised hand, said “Just Think, He Chose Me”. And in a few hours, he went home to be with his Lord in New Jerusalem.
With much honor, respect and love, we say thank you God for lending us your servant; who faithfully followed you and led us.
