How Do I Meet People?
MorningStar Family Church is not a place for spectators. It is a place for team members. Whether you are a five-year old child, a ninety-five year old grandmother, a busy mom, or a businessman with big responsibilities, we want you to be a part of our vibrant and growing church community. Here is how you can learn, serve, and grow at MorningStar Family Church:
Every Sunday morning, we offer a unique ministry here at MorningStar called Kingdom Kids Children’s Ministry. The Children’s Ministry takes place after worship and concludes at the same time as the main Sunday service. During these meetings, children are taught the Bible in fun and interactive ways; and the opportunity for them to receive Christ as their Lord is also given. The Children’s Ministry meets downstairs in the children’s Sunday school rooms and is led by Rebecca Horner.
Wednesday Night Bible Study is led and taught by Pastor Donna Sandridge and other qualified members of MorningStar Family Church. They meet on Wednesday nights at 7pm, and cover many topics and passages of the Bible. All are welcome!
Life can get complicated once you cross that nebulous threshold into adulthood. There are complicated decisions. Bigger stakes. Serious relationships. And a whole lot more decisions. The young adult group of MorningStar Family Church provides a welcoming atmosphere for college and early-career aged young people.
